What WyreDeck connects to, what stays on the TV, and what WyreDeck does not sell.
Bring your own lawful provider
WyreDeck organizes subscriptions and playlists that you already have. It does not sell channels, streams, playlists, provider accounts, or access to any content. It is not affiliated with an IPTV provider.
Provider credentials stay local
Enter provider credentials in the TV app. They remain on the TV or an optional LAN Backbone that you control. WyreDeck’s account service does not receive the credentials or a copy of the provider catalog.
Supported source shapes
WyreDeck supports the provider workflows exposed by the app, including Xtream, M3U playlists, and XMLTV guide data. Availability and data quality still depend on the provider. WyreDeck cannot repair a provider outage or supply missing listings that the source does not publish.
Before contacting support
Describe the source type, the screen where the problem appears, and the error shown by the app. Remove usernames, passwords, playlist URLs, account numbers, and stream URLs from screenshots and logs.
